鹽埕烏橋玉聖宮主祀保安廣澤尊王及降龍尊者、伏虎尊者等神尊，民國54年分靈到運河通到府城內的烏橋邊行醫濟世，當時人稱「烏橋四太保」。因都更道路拓寬工程，遷至新廟址台南市南區濱南路101號，於丙申年5月25日進行入火安座大典。睽違31年，鎮殿四太保再度出門 ~
